I believe having a game speed setting in the editor portion of this trainer breaks the tactical mode

I believe having a game speed setting in the editor portion of this trainer breaks the tactical mode of the game. even without any options activated the tactical mode doesn't work. only by changing the game speed option in the editor portion can the games slow motion effect be activated.
