Looking briefly, I would suggest completely killing your StreamDeck software/plugins (all Elgato related exes and services including WaveLink), the SteelSeriesGG software, Sunshine Service, Moonlight and Vanguard anti-cheat (vgtray.exe). LMK if that has any effect.
The issue is 100% coming from something installed/running on your PC. Otherwise the MILLIONS of other users running Aurora would all be complaining and you are the only one.
But we still want to try and get to the bottom of it and resolve it if possible.
