No clue what is "bouncing" and what error reports you are receiving.
I've completed all the missions and am on my way to collect my reward, but as I exit to my computer desktop, I get a game crash error.

Yes, close the TRAINER (not Aurora) using the X in the top left corner before doing whatever you are doing that is causing the game to freeze/lockup.
