Trainer is functionally useless.
Max morale doesn't remove 'tired' or 'exhaustion' or other adverse effects, and 'no wounded' works for both sides, so you can't damage the enemy, ever.
And posting that here is useless. We rely on reports to know when game updates break the trainer. Can't really monitor 1000+ active games for updates.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
The reason I didn't do that is because there isn't a "the game didn't update; the trainer's options aren't cheats & do not work." option.
It wasn't broken by an update; the cheat options we have also help the enemy side, so aren't cheats - they actively make the game harder/impossible, not easier.
File update request isn't game update. It's the trainer, aka the file for cheating, that needs update. Causes can be several, but not limited to a game update.
Any time the trainer breaks and the cause isn't on your end in say a mod or similar, then that button needs to be used.

Ah, okay. Thanks for the clarification; done.
