I need a save game right before that happens plus instructions how to make it happen, I’m not a gamer so bear with me.

Yea I get the same problem with just having the 100% drop rate on.
I have crashed twice with it first time was testing it on a boss right after I killed it, my game just crashed. The second time, just on an island and about to shoot a pal then it crashed on me. Everything works still when I load it back up though without turning on 100% drop rate.
The crash report tells me this:

Just started a completely new save to test it with just 100% Drop and it crashed on the first pal I killed.

I want to also send a save file like @Sunai however it is not very easy to get a save JUST before you crash since it only has auto saves or when you exit it also saves. However when the crash happens the game resumes at the point just before you attacked the Pal from what I can tell so maybe that could work?

To add to this, the only thing needed to replicate is just start the game, Turn on 100% drop rate and then kill or capture any pal.
After the crash the game resumes to Just before the crash so if you turn on the 100% Drops and try killing or capturing again it will crash yet again. If you however do not turn it on it will play normally again.
