So it's every game on my SteamDeck that it happens to (old and new) - it's when Aurora actually opens and signs in that error appears, and then Aurora is unresponsive even if the error is closed.
I had to re-install Proton 8 via Steam so it showed in the list so I could select it (just like in the video guide)
Here is the error, sorry I had to take it with my phone
Edit: So it seems to be my actual Aurora install (I had it installed the old way which worked fine) but trying to resort back to that method I get the same error. How can I completely remove this and start again?

Hello I, on the other hand, have a problem with paying for the program, I give the data first through the local payment, email appears with information about processing but no other mail arrives how to pay except the first one that says that the payment hangs then I tried from that mail but via the card data where the payment was supposedly processed but the money was not taken, from the account and now to make matters worse on the cheathappens account I have no button about the purchase but just downloading the program, which we know without payment will not work what should I do in this situation? Thanks for help in advance
Sent you a PM, please check it. thx
Not sure how to post the entire message here as I dont have a keyboard for my SteamDeck, but I have finally got this to launch Aurora and the Game, but I get a huge error that stops Aurora from being used.
I'll post the first line as the majority seems like random letters and numbers
System.ArgumentException: GdiplusInvalidParameter
Edit: It happens when Aurora launches and tries to login

I’m getting the same error. Did you manage to find a fix?
So far its happened with the following:
Dishonored
Prey 2017
Dark Souls (Remastered, SOTFS and 3)
From what I noticed it can happen with all games but it only happens some time. Most likely when there are connection issues say for example turn off wifi and it will happen
Is there any other way to use trainers offline on deck?
Its normal that when you are not connected to the internet SD tool goes into "offline mode" and skip launching Aurora. If you want to use Aurora offline on your Steamdeck you have to install Windows on it.
NOT TESTED: Or you could try and get a mobile internet USB stick and see if it works with your Steamdeck. Then you don't have to rely on your Wifi and you can use Aurora "on the go". Perhaps people on Reddit have tested this already
