Unlimited Perk Points doesnt work for me.

What does as intended mean? I've tested, I see it says 999 next to the skill but it still won't let me unlock any. I tried leveling up one skill and still just locked to one point on that skill. Not sure if bug or as intended.
You quoted my post from last year which I got no idea about, if there's an issue with the trainer put it in the update request with as much details as you can and I'll look into it.
