Some of the missions are a little bit insane in difficulty, so I tried using ONLY Option 1, a couple times, and each time i had it on, my game crashed when i took damage. Never seems to happen without the trainer activated.
In-fact, it crashed when i had the trainer activated, without even having any of the options turned on.
Not sure if there was an update or something, I just bought it the other day.
Game hasn't patched since last trainer update so most likely something on your end interfering with the trainer/game.
