Aurora Bug Reports Discussion

When I go to load the Lies of P trainer I get the following error message:
"Failed to get all trainers for game with ID 78333"

When I go to the Trainers section I am also unable to search for games or access their trainers.

I went thru and cleared the cache in the AppData > Roaming folder but that had the same results. The trainer was working yesterday, but just a short time ago it installed an update and that was when the issues started.

Edit: In a previous post someone recommended redownloading the trainer. I did that and it resolved the issue.

I wonder if this is similar as Link. Can you delete Aurora folder and download/extract the zip file again? I just tested it and its working fine here with 1.8.7

Redownloading the trainer worked.

I just wanted to add I had to do this as well.
After the update, Aurora insisted I was "offline", after logging in, (yet my username and correct RC balance was displaying), would not search, and would not find any trainers.
Reinstalling Aurora did resolve the issue.

We tested this release five ways from Sunday and this NEVER presented itself and we are YET to be able to reproduce on any of our test systems and beta test team. Very odd. Each of you likely have "something" in common but no idea what unless the Aurora log.txt file showed anything unusual before you nuked the folder and re-downloaded. If anyone has such, please ZIP and then attach to message for us to review and try to identify the issue. It could always be just a bad initial download because the server is trying to process 2M Aurora updates simultaneously and surely a handful are likely to have bad data. My best guess at this point. We are monitoring.

Same here, it thinks I am offline after the update.

Deleting the install, rebooting, and downloading the zip from the site fixed the problem. Didn't work the first time without the reboot.

We are checking. Still unable to reproduce and looking for Aurora log.txt file submissions.

I'm having the same issue with Aurora in that it insists I'm offline, which clearly I'm not/ Tried re-starting it several times, but after username/password entry it shows the "Loading, please wait" screen for an inordinately long time before giving up and showing a "You're offline" message with a crying emoji. How can I obtain the error log and send it to you?
