Hello, I am reporting a bug in the hack timer, it doesn't work.
hello, I won't be able to look at this unless you send a save where you are RIGHT AT THE PLACE so I can attempt to hack.
I won't be playing the game 45 minutes to get to a place to try and hack.

for example the quest safe wings part 1 where I have to save the queen kinglorg the timer is never blocked

Provide a savegame with easily repeatable instructions.

Option was tested with fruit. You eat fruit. It appears to disappear from inventory. YOu then close inventory and re-open and the fruit is back.
works here.
This option was a nightmare to do because each "thing" in your inventory is a single item. So you have to block the entire function of destruction of that Object.
I am not going back to do anything about it and maybe there are things that you USE but DONT CONSUME (i.e. they aren't fruit) that the function won't work for.
If too many more complaints or people aren't noticing that it's actually working, I will remove the option

Do you mean "Steady Wings: Part 1"
Because if you do ... there is no hacking performed in that quest at all. You just take a Queen Bug to a New nest and place them there while avoiding predator's and water obstacles.
If your hacking Tech along the way your doing something completely wrong during that quest.
