Yeah, really not worth bothering with a trainer yet, it's patching way too often. I'd rather have a trainer when the game launches than have it get retired before it ever gets out of early access due to patches like so many others.
For those interested: muskets, cannons, goods (ammo, provisions, etc), resources (wood, horses, etc), money, officers, construction materials, and reputation can all be found and edited with cosmos. All values are floats, and for weapons/guns/goods/resources you will need at least 5 of an item to sell and buy back while searching for the new quantity in order to isolate the value. Once you find the value for an item, just set it to a ludicrous value like 999,999,999 and never have to worry about running out again. This even works for ammo and provisions, which means that every town connected to your road network always has all the supplies your troops need.
I have a save game from jun 03, 1775 (immediately after the map expands for the first time) that has all resources set to 'yes', with a mountain of brown bess's and 12pd foot guns for equipping troops, and a bunch of army regiments surrounding the boston area each with 4 units of fusiliers, 1 of 12pders, and 1 of guards, with stamina as their lvl 1 upgrade. If there's interest, and I can find where the game keeps the file, I'll upload it for others to enjoy.
I'm interested.
