Aurora Bug Reports Discussion

Version 1.8.6.0 (most current as of writing)
Running Windows 11 with a Core i9 9900k with 32GB ram and a RTX 2080ti
Issue: Aurora starts up and I am able to login just fine. All trainer functionality works as intended. Problem occurs once I have exited the game after playing. Windows slows to a crawl. Responsiveness is roughly 1 frame every minute, though the mouse cursor is sometimes unaffected. I can close Aurora but Windows remains like this until I reboot my system. I have tried this with multiple games, and it does this every time. Sometimes it happens when I alt-tab to Aurora from the game. Any help would be wonderful, thank you!

If you say it also happens when you alt+tab from game to Aurora, do you have mute hotkeys when game is not focused enabled in Aurora settings?

That's the only thing that I can imagine besides hardware acceleration in Aurora if you haven't disabled that already.

I'm not sure what you mean by "mute hotkeys". I attached my settings file if that helps.

No file attached, please ZIP or RAR it first. And what I mean is if you have: Aurora settings -> Hotkeys -> "Disable hotkeys when game window isnt focused (experimental)" checked.

Sorry about the upload, I didn't realize that it needed to be zipped first. As for disabling the hotkeys when game window isn't focused option, it isn't checked. Should it be?

I see you have hardware acceleration enabled. Try disabling that and restart Aurora.

//edit: Sorry forgot to answer your question, it only matters if the option would be checked. When its unchecked leave it like it is.
