As always save your game often and use different save slots

One Hit Kills:
Be very careful with this option as this is an open world game. It can easily cause issues like important NPCs die. So use it only when necessary and deactivate it immediately after. Also saving your game very often is important.

Items Dont Decrease:
While active items you consume like healing potion dont decrease. This may not work for crafting etc.

Change Gold:
Open your inventory first

Stealth Mode:
Its not recommended leaving this optionn active all the time as this puts every NPC into a specific state. On scripted events this can cause breaking bugs like NPCs which are supposed to be dead are alive but not interactable. It is also not recommended to interact with NPCs when this option is on. Use it only to pass NPCs, go into houses and open chests etc.

Easy Lock Picking:
While active invalid keys will count as valid on lock picking

Gold:
Open your inventory first

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
