Open your journal first. Press hotkey or use editor. Reopen to see it has changed

While active your gained money is multiplied by 4. Value can be customized after trainer activation.

Item Multiplier:
While active your gaind items are multiplied by 4. Value can be customized after trainer activation.

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
