One thing I've noticed with unlimited money is the game reports you haveing negative money in the amount of whatever you spent, so if you turn it off, you can have hundreds of thousands of negative money. This wouldn't be a problem, but some quests require you to hand over money, and you can never have "enough" money to hand over with or without the cheat turned on. It makes some quest unbeatable, so far doesn't seem game breaking as they are just the bonding quests or extra gang quests.

So if you're playing a game, be wary of the money cheat. Make items and sell them in the yard area to that one quest giving door if you want some extra cash, you really don't need much money with the other cheats enabled.
