This is server sided you do realize and its much harder to bypass anti-cheat, haven't checked if there is anti-cheat but there might be one added.

Steam says this game has an offline mode. If that is true then it's only server-sided when not playing singleplayer. Which is fine and works just like the original ARK game.

It's not even a new game tbh. It's a release of existing content but with updated engine. Still has single player (Offline) Client hosted server for friends and dedicated server options. Still using BattlEye anti cheat and I believe Vac is still in play for hosted servers.
Is all beside the point anyhow as there is single player offline option with launch option to have battleye disabled. That's all that really matters here as cheats are for offline single player only.
