Does anyone know how to disable water, sewage, and electrical dependencies like in old school simCity?

Play old school simcity. ;-)

With cloud sync on the Gamepass version, I can play this game (when it releases) on my Series S with the Savegame cheat, which is the nicest option of them all TBH. I don't mind the disasters, since I have all the shelters & early warning systems in place. Besides that, it spices up the game a bit, otherwise it's just waiting for traffic accidents. I do reccomend players put in a TON of road service buildings. This game can't seem to get enough of airing the PSA for bad road conditions on the radio. (PRO-TIP) When you build the Automated Parking garage, DO NOT move it, the cars stay frozen in mid-air with no way for the Cims to get to them.

Is anyone else experiencing crashes? I'm sure it's NOT because of the trainer. could it be cloud saving?

Over on the Steam forums I believe there are like 1000 pages of people complaining of crashing, not being able to run the app at all, etc. We had the same issue on launch day and had to switch to an old laptop just to get it to run at all.

Had zero crashes so far (25 hours playtime atm.), everything runs so smooth as fark on high settings <3

That is just the game and its build quality.

The trainer will hopefully get updated soon to allow manual editing of money
