no reload only works on auto9, every other weapons does not have the inf ammo

Most of the time the trainer works perfectly. But randomly it seems, it fails to activate. In the debug log I see this.

Also sometimes it will just lock up Auroura requiring task manager to kill it. Seems totally random. When it dose happen it seems only re launching the game fixes it.

Works fine here however game kept crashing without the trainer for me when installed
on any other drive than C and once I did that it worked and this is something I can't fix it might be the game or your system you could try installing it on drive C or SSD and see how that goes.
