Is the hp bar suppose to be flashing all the time while using the health option?

As your max health goes up as you level and due to buffs etc I guess the only way CH Team could make a Health cheat was to keep filling it to max, hence the flashing. You kinda stop noticing it after a while, but yes, initially it was rather distracting, but then again a non full health bar would be equally distracting.

i am using the 999 skill points option. It still only allows me to unlock as many skills as the points i normally have. even though it says i have 999 skillpoints.

yeah i think the skill tree unlocking is a little inconsistent, or there's a very specific sequence of actions you need to take for it to work. The nodes were unlocking the first time I had a spare skill point, but I didn't want to unlock the entire tree all at once. I waited until I had an additional levelup, then re-enabled the option, and ran into the isssue where the UI reports 999 skillpoints, but the nodes aren't unlocking.

I've got a hunch that you -actually- need the number of skillpoints required to unlock the particular node, so if you've got a single skillpoint, you can unlock all value '1' nodes, but other nodes will fail to unlock. I've not actually tested this yet though.

nope, this is not the case. even with the option enabled, I can only spend the number of skillpoints I -actually- have, as if the UI value is set to 999 but the actual value is still unaffected; this probably -isnt- the case though, it just behaves in a similar way.

Maybe you get one chance to unlock the nodes? and subsequent attempts fail in this manner? Shame, ideally i'd just like a skillpoint multiplier, rather than unlocking -all- of the nodes at once.
