Pardon? All you said was Save Game... you never ASKED for it I pretty much figured you were asking me to SAVE the game before trying the cheats. If you want the SAVE file itself I can provide it, never done it through this platform before so unless you got a Discord I can send it through or a support email?
Put the save game in a zip file along with instructions on where to put it and then you can upload it to a post here
Ive gone through each option individually, starting with the editor mode options and even individually when you get into a car it crashes. I than tried using just the Super Player option and it still crashed, something about the vehicles is just crashing it and I have saved it multiple times before each test.
Yeah, please provide a save where you are near the car and I can test it. That would help a bunch!

why editor things?
idea for request option for this game as trainer, please no editor:
1.No Damage (because HP didnt let you did, but no damage save your clothes that not get broken tooo)
2. Infinite Stamina
3.No Thirst
4. No Hunge
5. No Infection
6. Set Damage Multiplier
7. No Lockpick Damage
8. Set Skill Point
9. Unlimited Amm
10. Unlimited Weapon Durability
11. No Vehicle Damage
12. Unlimited Vehicle Fuel
13. Infinite Vehicle Components Durability
14. One-Hit Kills

Dude. The trainer is made like it is due to the difficulty in isolating a specific code to be able to do some things.
Likely not adding anything more to it. Probably won't be ANY vehicle options.
Sorry but the game isn't super simple to work with.

but there are cheat tables and other trainers (i found 4) they have it right now.
the problem is i pay here for cheathappens and i will not pay for other trainers again.

We're not in a competition with others. Cheat tables are free. Just use those if they are doing what you want. We have a TON of other trainers and updates that need attention. Right now we are focused on Cyberpunk 2077. Perhaps if our workload slows down then we can look at adding more options, but you need to use the proper method to request them.
Please use the trainer option request system for requesting new options be added to this trainer and/or vote on options already requested.
