Are you running Aurora as admin? Not doing that can cause issues for a lot of trainers.

a. Yes several times
Have you restarted your computer before trying the trainer again?
a. Yes
Have you set the anti-virus exclusions for Aurora?
a. Yes
Are you running the newest version of Aurora?

Are you opening the game from a supported launcher?
a. Yes Either the game icon or from steam itself
Are you running the newest version of the trainer?
a. Yes
Are you playing a beta version of the game?
a. Do not think so. It says Early Access
