Firstly, thanks very much for Aurora, CoSMOS, and all the work you constantly do on all the trainers. You do a wonderful job.
I know that there's an option (and hotkey) to disable all the hotkeys, but what I'd really like to see is all of the following:
1. When you double-click on a specific hotkey to edit it, there's a checkbox/button/something to remove the hotkey entirely (or perhaps just when clicking OK without entering a new key). That cheat will then not have any hotkey until edited again.
2. A button on a trainer page that will do #1 for all cheats in the current trainer only.
3. A global setting that will do #2 for all new trainers (but not existing trainers, or new trainer versions for existing games).
This would allow the player to keep the hotkeys enabled but completely customize which ones they want available, without having to assign "sacrificial keys" to the cheats that they don't want to actually use (or want to use from the UI).

On the dialog where you press the new hotkey, simply press the BACKSPACE key and the hotkey will be set to "None".

In next stable aurora version you can do that via right click on a hotkey and choose "Remove (all) hotkeys".
