agreed, very average game. If this came out 10 years ago it may have been considered better but this is bottom of the barrel for Bethesda

I find main quest is meh designing ships is cool could be better though side quests are fun but they could have way more variety. I am enjoying game but is you want a lot of excitement this is like semi rpg strategy then true rpg.
