hi guys trainer activated but options 1 and 2 says failed but resources ok any help appreciated

trainer options 1 and 2 not working keeps saying

The game has had update since trainer was made. Likely that might have causes it.
I suggest you post an file update request and if you can provide a save game that would be helpful.
