try reverifying the game files or reinstall the game

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
Just a heads up to all that today 11/20 the game automatically updates to Version 1.1.86 when you start it; trainer does not work (it activates but no option can be activated). I tried to boost the priority but the max number of requested boosts had already been reached. However not to worry; CH folks never fail to do these updates ASAP in my 20 years' experience as a CH member.

The more update requests there are for the trainer the higher the priority it will be, and posting the update info again just in case someone complains that the trainer doesn't work
