Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon Message Board  

Hi guys,

Since this morning the trainer says "Failed" when I try to activate it, which is weird since it was working fine yesterday, I had just installed it and was playing for the first time and the trainer worked perfectly.
I extracted the file and replaced the existing one, I did it again this morning thinking that it had been overwritten by steam but it doesn't change anything.
I don't understand how it could even be possible, the game didn't update since yesterday and the trainer is the same.
I disabled my AV just in case but still nothing.

Any ideas? I'm fresh out!

AH damn my bad guys I gave wrong information, Steam DID update something this morning, an hour ago in fact. See the attached picture.
Sorry I hadn't seen and the version number in-game has not changed.
So I guess this is why the trainer doesn't work anymore and you guys will update it soonish, at least I hope so, I know how overworked you guys are.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

A friendly reminder to everyone as well that the exe needs to be replaced with every update because steam overwrites it each time. If you attempt to "verify" your game files through steam, it will overwrite it as well since the purpose of such a function is to restore the game to its original unmodified state.

So if the next trainer update doesn't seem to "work" for you, it could be that you have forgotten to replace the exe.

Good advice, but the exe in question does not appear to have been modified by the latest game update, so that is probably not the cause of the current issues.

im trying to use the trainer today and it keeps failing. the trainer says something about freeze timer cant be found. not sure what hapeened. i was just using the trainer last night without issues. ive never used freeze time either
