Oh man... I can't even count the hours I spent on this game playing on DOS when it dropped back in 95. One of the greats!

Yup good old ROTT!
Try out the trainer it will allow you to dictate mayhem and havoc and yet get those sneaky achievements...

Invulnerability works for the most part, save for flame & spinning blade traps. Getting an unlucky drop into one or the other leads to a pretty quick death. Any chance the invulnerability could be expanded to include all hazards? Except for falling out of a level of course 😅

I’ll do my best yet it’d be better if you could send me your save game.

There you are, I did a quick one near a flame trap in E1A1. In E1A2 you can find spinning blade traps that kill you pretty quick as well. It does work for everything else though, getting shot, flame walls, etc.
