Curios, do we need to vote for the option of "Rolls always succeed" from the Early-Access version to be added with the Full Release, or is this feature gonna be added down the road?
I literally wrote about this one post up.. read it
Yes, I picked the Gog option when opening the trainer, but I think they're the one and the same because both icons show up at the top.
No, the older trainers were compatible with GOG which is why both options are showing, but like I said, you MUST select Steam in order for Aurora to even show you the latest full release trainer. Once the trainer has been tested on GOG and we mark the trainer as GOG compatible and re-upload, then it will show up if you choose GOG.
This might be pebcak of some sort, but I'm trying to use the trainer, starting up the game and getting to the main menu as usual. I hit F1 to activate (or tab back to Aurora to click the Activate button) and I just get 'failed'.
Debug says:
Successfully attached to bg3_dx11
Collect Move Called 1, Script error in line 1: Cannot find aob for 'MoveCalled1
This is both when I hit F1 at Main menu, and when I tab out to click the activate trainer button. Aurora says I'm using the latest trainer, compatible with both GOG and Steam.
Any thoughts?
You are using OLD TRAINER
Aurora lists it as the latest and I can't see a newer one.
Thank you so much for this. I only used edit attributes and gold and made a save file. I don't know much about modding but do these edits tend to conflict with any potential updates?
How can we possibly know. Works here with no issues. I dont have the source code to the game, so as always, make lots of saves and backups. Modifying games is usually safe but who knows. Maybe 15 hours in something you did 15 hours ago could come into play. It's the risk of using trainers, which is still low, but always a risk.

CHOOSE STEAM WHEN IT ASKS WHAT PLATFORM AND NOT GOG

Edit: Oh, saw your later post. Guess I'll just have to wait for the actual gog trainer release. Aurora just sent me to this one and I assumed it was legit.
Running into an issue with the Steam version and Stat Editing. I followed the readme and made a save. Loaded the save and the fields in the editor are all odd. I can attach a picture if needed but the values are entered like this:
Name ???????
STR 0
DEX 65535
CON -252
INT -1
WIS -1
CHA 1460283232
Same with other party memebers. Not new to editing and I made sure to check A/V is off and nothing is running to interfer with the Trainer. Any ideas? Again I am following the readme to a T and have replicated it with 3 relaunches of the game. The save is untouched in any other manner and no toggles on.
The SAVE is how the FIELDS SHOW THE STATS NUMBERS.
The LOAD is so you can LOOK AT YOUR CHARACTER AFTER YOU SAVE to see it TOOK HOLD. NOT for looking at the STATS.
If you want to SEE the STATS in the editor, you have to SAVE. Then they show up.
This is the order:
SAVE
Edit stats
SAVE AGAIN
LOAD
look at your characters in the game to see the STATS have changed there, NOT in the editor.
If you want to verify they "stuck" in the editor, then SAVE again and the stats will show up again.
LOAD does NOTHING in the editor and will show NOTHING of value. Only when you SAVE do the values show up.
I hope this is clear,
Cal

Any chance you could add, or change to a 'quantity of last item picked up' to go along with the split stack item? This way we could theoretically change stacks of 1 too. Otherwise I really appreciate the expeditious release!

I tried and was not able. Using the SPLIT was the only way I could repeatedly capture the true item address.
