Before I do this. Are you using the SPLIT part of the game? You have TWO of them and you SPLIT then you edit the value, then put them back together?

I am just making sure before I go through the whole process.

Ok so I made a video.
What I usually do is try to have THREE OR MORE of the item.
Note that some items CANNOT BE SPLIT.
I also try to put the item on the far bottom right, and fill the rest of the inventory spaces, so my mouse isn't mousing over stuff once the item splits.
You can see that some items you may have to split twice.
Manipulating the inventory was a VERY DIFFICULT thing, and note that the game keeps THREE copies of data, and only ONE of them is the "real" value, the other two are for temp or visual purposes. So this option may have it's quirks, may not work with all items, may have requirements, you may have to do it a few times. Sorry the problems, but I have no better solution and here is a video of me using it.
If the value shown in the editor isn't what is shown in the game, don't edit it. YOu are writing to a wrong value.

Also, people FREEZING values in the editor will set you up for crashes. We removed the ability to do that, which is how I wanted it all along, but so many people complained that we allow you to freeze, but most likely cause of crashes with trainer in this game is freezing values. Or writing to wrong address.

This option was mainly created as a way for you to give yourself much more gold, as gold is actually stored as a inventory value, and is difficult to isolate any other way.

Yeah I had it working before patch 4. Even in the same savefile (you'll see I have stacks of 300 on certain scrolls) Now I get a blinking amount of scrolls like: 33554433 for a stack of 3

I get 18:19:17: Successfully attached to bg3_dx11
18:19:18: Reset Counter, Script error in line 3: Cannot find aob for 'Reset_Counter'

Is this cheat still working?

Game had 2 patches on steam 2 days ago. Might be why you getting this.
However we also have 0 reports so far so it might be on your end.
Steam trainer activates fine on my end, including the options, but you didn't say what platform your game is on.

Does Spliting work with Mithral? I haven't been able to make it work with the 2 I have.

I had the same issue as YamatoChan with stacks of 2 items but I can confirm the trainer seems to work for me with 3 or more items in the stack.

Just curious to know if the issue with losing tadpoles with certain options is still a thing, or if a solution has been found yet.
