At least the unlimited use item option seems not working any more.
Anybody can confirm?

Is anyone else stuck at Level 12 after using thje Mega XP gain? I have tried re-speccing and still cannot get past L12. My character points say I need 0 to get to L13 but it doesn't trigger.

Level 12 is the level cap in the game, there is no level 13.

hello, someone has problem activating the trainer? it's giving me this error : Reset Counter, Script error in line 3: Cannot find aob for 'Reset_Counter' and it fails

I'm having the same issue after downloading the latest patch for the game. It seems the patch has thrown the CoSMOS out again or something.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Baldurs Gate 3 update is total new code, rewrite. Not ONE AOB is finding code, and the functions are rewritten completely. no ETA. It took us really 3-4 days to create that trainer fully with all the options. So could take 3-4 days to update it. Note that also big patches like this, the already stupid patching rate will be even more, so by the time I find something or update, the game may have patched it away twice before we can "finish" the trainer and get it posted. It's already patched 2 times TODAY. Popular game, no doubt. Time consuming and no ETA none the less. FYI. New trainer not likely in the next few hours, may not be in 24 hours, could take even longer. Just letting you know in advance.

Hard to believe they somehow missed these 1000 fixes in the 200 patches since August when the game came out of "early access"

Complaints that the trainer isn't updated will be ignored, as we are only human beings, this isn't the ONLY game in the world, there are a TON of new releases coming out the next 24-48 hours, including several today, and this is basically (sadly) starting over.

Millions of "trainer isn't working, needs update" posts dont make this happen any sooner.
