Can confirm. Set a save just before clicking an option that would increase Lae'Zel's approval, turned on the option and then clicked the dialogue option, game immediately did a CTD.

Dang, CH, you all are incredible! I left for a small trip this morning and came up to see that the trainer was already updated. 😎 I was not expecting this to happen due to the whole Hotfix 4 fiasco that occurred with Larian Studios. Seriously, thanks for the quick work!

aaah just had a crash and came here to see if i was the only one. Thanks to everyone for narrowing the issue down, will just avoid the approval option till its fixed.

their seems to be a weird bug with the trainer where the iliithid spicimens dont go to your inventory or the ilithid tab and just vanish

For those of you wanting infinite Illithid powers, Act III there's an Abandoned Windmill, kill the creature and consume as many times as you need to max out your power just make sure you have your consumable option activated.

This is a known issue. You need to turn off the unlimited moves and attacks option in the trainer before picking up illithid tadpoles as a work around. 🙂
