Anyone else is getting game crash even without using the trainer?

Before even starting to use the trainer, the game would crash from time to time. Anyone knows how to fix if possible, or it's on the dev side?

I insist this has nothing to do or caused by the trainer. As my brother who don't use trainer get more game crash than me.
just want to know if there is a fix
