Using the Trainer money related cheats results in bajallions of debt that makes the game pointless... cannot upgrade anything when you have -$9 bazilliongajallion of debt, then sacked... see attached screen snip.

In reading through the comments, it looks like super car and weak opponents are supposed to be working in qualifying but they do not. Weak cars seems to break your own vehicles and none of the other cars. Super car does not work at all in qualifying.
