**Update** I was able to login as a guest after finding out I had an anti-virus program installed that I was not aware of and adding exceptions.
I can confirm that at&t is blocking logins as I attempt to login as guest on the att network and it gives 'invalid username/password'. Is the local att firewall blocking this or is it on the ISP side firewall(far end)?
Greetings, I am trying to use Aurora for the first time. I was able to download and install it. I may be having 2 separate issues.
1) I get the login box and enter my CH email/PW but get 'invalid username/password'. I do have att fiber as my provider, and read where this may be blocked, so I switch to my hotspot which is under a different network.
2) After switching to my hotspot, I still cannot login, so I attempt to login as guest and receive the crash (posted below).
Please let me know what I should try next. Also, I am specifically trying to get a trainer for Anno 1300 but the "try trainer" link is broken. I don't require Aurora if there is a separate trainer as I am used to.
Thank you for any assistance.
