For Resources values to show in editor, mouse over the MONEY icon on the upper left in the main map, until the tool tip shows up. The values will fill in.

Max Health:
For this to work, select the unit on the map, THEN mouse over the portrait at the bottom of the unit you wish to look at.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

The resource editor seems be not working as it does not update per instructed.

the rest are also not working, actually. but my forcus is on the resource editor.

You would have to make a report for this.
