i have the same problem as XeroCool8579 but on Steam Nook

I am also on Steam and the only thing that doesn't work for me is the R and D points editor.

Can someone post a save with their R & D points and instructions on how you are looking at your points, where, and where you are trying to spend them.

Maybe I am missing something...

Also if you know where saves go on the harddrive that would help

it loads
value for R and D (+ sign number upper right) shows clearly in the editor here.

Thanks for the response Cal. Sorry I don't know how to retreive the save game file but for me I've grinded out a car that's about to be fully upgraded so it's not a huge deal anymore.I also do all of the steps you have listed. I have used these trainers for they past 4 f1 games and this year's game is the only one that hasn't worked fully. The editor does correctly load the r and d point value and the money total for my career mode. However, when I enter a new value for the r and d points, the career mode point total doesn't change in game. The money total did change after I edited the value. I've exited back out to the main menu, re-loaded my career game save, exited the game and restarted many times to try and get an edited point total to load in the game and nothing has worked so far. I've tried 3, 4, and 5 digit r and d point numbers but nothing worked. Currently, I've tried 20,000 points in the editor, but I'm showing 6,849 in game. In previous games, after I edited the r and d points, the total would change in game after a few seconds of entering and exiting the r and d page while in career mode. If there is somewhere I could upload screenshots I wouldn't mind doing that just to show that the totals don't match once I attempt to edit the points with the trainer. Other than that, everything has worked fine and I appreciate it.

The R&D editor is working perfectly for me. All I had to do was start MyTeam, get to the first screen after the crappy introduction cutscene that hasn't change in three years, navigate to the R&D section, then ALT-TAB back out and open the R&D editor, and ALT-TAB back in, switch away from R&D and then quickly back, and that will populate the editor.

The save game should be located in the steam folder.

Steam -> userdata -> user id (bunch of numbers) -> 2108330 -> remote

If it isn't there, then it's either the windows users appdata folder or under "Documents"

As you can see here on the pic it displays the money correct but not the changed R and D and this is my 4 save game where it fails
