Did some initial attempts to figure out how to cheat the game.
1. There's a false stamina stored in float. Locking down the false stamina value will prevent your screen from turning blue due to exhaustion (as you normally will) and will remove the panting noises made by your character, but you will still be unable to run once your "real" stamina runs out. This means either stamina is stored server-side, which I find unlikely, or the real stamina is somehow encrypted.
2. Tried to cheat medals, but that didn't seem to work. Tried both 4 bytes and float.
3. You can find out the "times damaged" value stored in 4 bytes. You might be able to set it to 0 to improve your grades. The same logic might apply to the other attributes in the final grading screen.

Can you even play this game ALONE? Single player? Offline?

"You must have an Internet connection to play The Outlast Trials whether you play alone (1 player) or with friends (2-3 or 4 players)"

You connect to the servers automatically when you load the game up, I tried loading it in offline mode in steam but it just says connecting forever until you get a internet connection again.

The game isn't forced multiplayer you can play the entire game solo.

I did some testing I managed to add money and tokens to buy everything but when I restarted the game it reverted to what I had originally, and when I found the value for night vison whenever I made it unlimited the game disconnected me from the severs until I turned the script off.

It's similar in regards to Vermintide 2, it's coop and usually played as a multiplayer game, and you need to be online to log into the game and play, However, you are free to just enter a trial by your lonesome.

I was thinking, the way it is calculated might be how much money you earned in total - the amount of stuff you purchased? Back in the closed beta, I changed the price of items to 0 and bought every single piece of clothing and what not. After I restarted the game, it deducts the available ones and the ones that are not available will be "unpurchased". For example, you have 6000 bucks, you cheated and bought a 1000 bucks item and a 10000 bucks item, upon restarting, you will have 5000 bucks and the 1000 bucks item will be bought while the 10000 bucks item, which would normally be unavailable, will not be purchased.

One thing you got to be Hopefully Currency is not Server-Sided. Also watch for anything during the game that could be connected to internet that interacts with a server.

If there is no option in settings that says Offline or Solo or something that disconnects you from other players I would high not make a trainer for.

I just read right now a The Outlast Trials discussion on steam where a player got kicked for being idle and the game cannot be paused. and the game also has an underage restriction which you can get banned from within the game.
