I am really sorry this happened to you!
Weird, but I've also had Aurora running in background when I opened Fallout 76 for the first time and the game just crashed and repeatedly kept on crashing!
So I was trying to eliminate reasons and after I closed Aurora, game started up just fine and it works normally ever since; of course I had Aurora closed when starting/playing FO76 from then on!
I really hope you resolve this issue with Bethesda! Fingers crossed! 🤞
On a side note; better to remember to close Aurora when Diablo 4 comes out; Blizzard is known for their Anti-Cheat stances, even in single-player only games and D4 will be a lite-MMO online-only!

This is EXACTLY what happened to me and I even explained this to Bethesda Support. The game immediately crashed, therefore I couldn't possibly have been cheating.
Success! My appeal was approved.
Lesson learned.
Hey that's awesome! Maybe explain to others how you were able to convince them.

Bethesda: hey, you're banned for using a third-party program, blah blah blah.
Me: I have never used third party software on this game. Please provide additional details as to WHAT software was detected. As stated in my previous ticket, I highly believe this was a false flag trigged by software that was being used for a different program.
(from the other ticket): I believe I was banned in error due to a false flag that detected third party software. This software was intended for another game and did not interact with Fallout76 in any way, but was still running in the background when I tried to log in and check the weekly Atom Shop updates. The game immediately crashed. When I realized why, I disabled the software, logged in again, and found the error message which indicated I had been banned.
I assure you, I never used any third party software to manipulate Fallout76. As mentioned earlier, the game immediately crashed so I couldn't possibly have been cheating.
Beth: After a thorough review of your account with the Username:
Due to the extent and scale of the violation, it has been decided that the ban on this account will remain in place, and that all services related to this account shall remain deactivated permanently. This decision was not made lightly, and it is final.
Me: I knew that was it! Your evidence is severely flawed.
Cheat happen Aurora DOES NOT HAVE A TRAINER FOR FALLOUT 76!!!! They do not produce trainers for online games.
Again, your system triggered a false flag due to Aurora being open in the background, intended for another game. This did not interact with FO76 in any way shape of form.
Therefore, there is no scale or extent of the violation because THERE WAS NO VIOLATION.
I am continuing my appeal. With the amount of money i've sunk in the ATX shop, i deserve a fair shot at explaining the situation and i've done more than enough to PROVE i did not use third party software in Fallout 76. Please refer to the attached screenshot directly from CheatHappens. they do not make trainers for online games.
Beth: Greetings,
Following a a secondary investigation, and after consideration, we have now reactivated your Bethesda.net account and you may now log back in.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout this process.
Regards,
The Bethesda Team🤡
