Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi at CH, because I have become old and 76 this year, my brain is not quick at anything these days, I find for me that CHappens should inform that lucky paying person CH's yearly membership, because the website seems to have become complicated with Aurora and other things, also on a Day of giving the names are so small, for members like me to find my name that is if I am Lucky enough to win anything at all, sorry for the gripe for me I am only speaking how I see it all, also you can only get a pint of water in a pint glass, it has all become really fuzzy the website I mean.

Sorry, but we are not going to re-code the entire website due to your failing eyesight if that is indeed what you are complaining about this time, your single run-on sentence is what is difficult to comprehend.

BTW, you know that Windows has built in controls to let you increase the font sizes of everything across the board up to like 500%. Perhaps that will help. Also, we do inform all members when winners have been announced. An email is in process of going out right now for those that won the April contests.

Hi Chris, It was just how I was thinking my eyesight is not a problem and it is not good to get personal afterall it was just Feedback, I would not expect CH to change anything, especially for me, I will add your 2nd answer was far more enlightening than your initial reply, I wonder how many members look at it like I do.

If you are on desktop, the zoom function present in most if not all browsers should be able to help out.

For example, there is a zoom function in the drop down menu of google chrome. By default, it's at 100% which is the original size. If you need it to be larger, you can increase it.

A shortcut for that is to hold down the control(ctrl) key on your keyboard while scrolling up with the mouse wheel.

I honestly have no clue what you are actually complaining about or what exactly you expect us to do about it. The site is too complicated for you, because of Aurora? What does that even mean and what does it have to do with your thread subject or the size of the fonts on our Day of Giving? You are just rambling.

I'm 55 and need glasses to read or it's all blurry lol. Also I'm on here 20 times a day usually and know what's new or what's up. and I'm on a tablet so two fingers open the screen big enuf for when even glasses dont work

Thank you Chris for explaining things to me, I am still a great FAN of Cheat Happens While ever I am able to use your website I am very happy with that.
