Also, thanks to a handy new feature of Aurora, when you load the latest trainer for a game and then click on the trainer version, it will pop up a notification to compare the trainer version to game version. Just so happens here that the game patched 1.5 hours after the trainer was released. So it sounds like it could simply be that the game updated right after the trainer and so that now we need a new trainer update.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.

Please note that I just made a video of me using Aurora with the Steam version of AoW4. I activated trainer AFTER I loaded into my game and then also at the main menu BEFORE loading my game. I demonstrated editing of two different resources, following the instructions in the readme.

Oh that works, the problem is with the Numpad 1 ,2, 3 ,4 options. It works but if you end your turn it crashes the game for me.

(currently save scumming to avoid losing progress)

Maybe disable those options before ending your turn?

I tried and double checked and still crashed when ending turns (sometimes even alt tabbing to check if i disable the cheats so now i just use hotkeys)

my usual strategy now is to activate trainer, use hotkeys, disable hotkeys, quicksave then crash

the positive thing is that the changes is permanent (like the buildings i built)

(The only thing i havent tried is using it in a "NEW" game/ "New Pantheon" - maybe it will clear the old cheats? not sure)

Also Command Numpad 2 instantly crashes the game (faster research)

I'm having crashing problems too.
aow4.exe -> main menu -> activate trainer -> load game -> next turn -> crash
aow4.exe -> main menu -> load game -> activate trainer -> click on city -> crash
aow4.exe -> main menu -> load game -> click on city -> next turn -> fine

Was there something else I should try? Should I try to make a video and upload it or anything?

[REDACTED] (trainer a bit hard with constant crashes). From what I gathered I think there is an anti-cheat script written or patched in the game.

(Zander created a partially working one - (I use the resource and unlimited hurry production, not perfect compared to this trainer but it does not crash - has a lot of options but the Trainer is better by far when it was working)

I have tried [REDACTED] find the array of bytes of the Research (Faster research Numpad 2) BUT when doing that like attaching the debugger on the game's .exe file it crashes. Finding Raw data like Gold works but actually creating a script is hard. I don't know how people cheat in this game 😂
