Aurora Features Requests Discussion

Hi,

I really like Aurora and the accompanying mobile application.
I am however finding the (new) connection method to be rather tedious.
I invariably forget to connect before going into a game but have the Aurora desktop client open on my secondary display.
When wanting to connect the mobile application I then have to ALT-TAB out of my game just to get to the PIN, not all games like this and some crash upon returning to the game.
Would it be possible to initiate a permanent connection between desktop client and mobile application?
Alternatively would it be possible to setup a static PIN or at the very least always show the current PIN on the desktop client?

You can initiate a kinda permanent connection if you open the mobile page in Aurora when you open Aurora. Then your pin code should be available as long as Aurora is running.

We're currently looking into a way to login with email and password as an alternative to the 5 digit code, but no promises.

I normally never participate in forums on this site but I would also like to second this. It's inconvenient to have to re-enter pin everytime. Especially when randomly my phone somehow disconnects and I have to re-connect with new pin in the middle of gaming. If the pin was static and remained the same I wouldn't mind.

It would be great if we had a permanent connection from mobile app to desktop client when we open the app.

We have a new mobile app update waiting for app store review (Apple) which allows that... and more. Stay tuned.
