"Sci Fi Narrative game".. What exactly is a trainer for?

The game has resources and stats.

When you start, you can select your amender stats from a list of predefined options, or you can customise your stats. You then allocate stats from a pool. I've used CoSMOS to allow myself to allocate more stats, but it then won't let me proceed Unlimited stat points would be cool.

There are also resources, 3 main ones (energy, population, etc along the top) and some other rarer resources. I've had some luck modifying these with CoSMOS but some of them are rare resources and hard to find with CoSMOS as the values don't change often.

The presence or absence of these resources locks out story options, and the main resources are used to construct buildings and armies etc.
