Hello.
It's been a few days since I can't connect, I can't get past the login.
When I start Aurora I don't get past the login because I get the text “Server is unavailable and no valid offline key was found”.
On Monday it was working fine and on Tuesday it started with these errors, the only thing that appears in the log file is “Failed to contact CH server, exception: An error occurred while sending the request.”.
I use Windows 10, I don't know what version of Aurora I have, but I downloaded it yesterday, from the page and it keeps throwing me the same error.
I hope you can tell me what the problem is.
Thank you.
(And sorry for my English, I'm using a translator)

See if you have forced a specific TLS version or disabled a specific TLS version. We recently disabled TLS below 1.2 for security reasons.

I've had the same exact issue yesterday evening and this morning. Same error saying the servers are unavailable and no offline key detected. Read PWizard's suggestion, went to the URL and did the following:
[WinKey]+[R] In the run bar type "inetcpl.cpl" and hit [Enter] - opens the Internet Settings window Go to "Advanced" Scroll down until you see TLS1.0, TLS1.1, TLS1.2 and TLS1.3 Tick 1.2 and 1.3 Restart the computer
Works perfectly now Thank you, PWizard

It keeps giving me the same error, even after checking the boxes 1.2 and 1.3 (1.2 was already checked)
But since I don't have much idea about these things, I'm going to wait for a friend of mine who does know, to see if I have problems with any other program or my connection.
If I still have the problem, I'll let you know here.

You can also PM me your public IPv4 address and I can see if it's blocked.

I was able to access the Aurora application without issue about a week ago. Now I am getting the same issue everyone else in the thread. I am getting Server is unavailable and no valid offline key was found. I checked out the resolution provided here and I am already using TSL 1.2 and 1.3 (both were already checked and older versions already unchecked )
P.S. Using Windows 11
