Trainer will start working once you enter a battle.

Unlimited XP:
Activate it outside battle then press Esc button and disable it again then changes will take effect,don't leave it on otherwise you may encounter bugs or crashes.

Set Enemy Energy to Zero:
Super Damage:
Enable it only inside battles then disable it before ending the battle.

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

Have you tried running as admin?
Without admin privileges trainer will not function properly.

Aye, seems to be the deck. Does something similar with Chrono Trigger so will have to play around. Thank you all.
