Reason: Aurora Input Delays Version of Aurora: All versions used, currently using v1.6.1 Subject in Short: Loading a trainer on Aurora causes slowdowns/keyboard delays
Full Details (As much information as possible): When I don't have Aurora running, everything on my PC works just fine. Once I load up what seems to be any trainer in Aurora, however, my PC starts having weird input delays or slowdowns. Things I type with my keyboard take a second to show up and this seems to repeat every couple of seconds. In a game, this basically makes it unplayable. If I press W to make my character walk forward, it will take a second for the character to start moving and it will also take a second for them to stop moving once I let go of the key. Any sort of actual gameplay that requires any sort of precise movement is basically impossible. I've tried tweaking any option or setting I can think of. Tried compatibility mode for Windows 7 and Windows 8, tried run as administrator. Tried toggling on and off every setting within Aurora itself. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as it's basically made every trainer from this site unusable for me and I'm at a loss as to how to fix it.

First time I'm hearing about such a problem. What's more weird is that the hotkey handler is active once you open Aurora, even without opening a trainer. Plus it only reacts on actively key presses. It doesn't constantly pull for key presses. If it really slows down it can only mean that it receives tons of key presses.
Have you checked if closing any third party app might solve this? Do you have any keyboard macros?

I tried closing every program I can think of. My first thought was iCue since I have a Corsair keyboard, but that didn't seem to do anything. I have closed every non-essential app and just had Aurora running along with notepad to test the keyboard inputs, but still had the issue. I don't remember having this issue when the Aurora app first came out, but I don't really know when it started, other than that it's been an issue for a couple months at least (and several Aurora version updates). It's such a weird, specific problem and I'm completely at a loss.

Do you have keyboard RGB feature enabled?

I do, although that deactivates when I close iCUE doesn't it?

Sure but you could try turning it off, see if it makes a different. Also see if muting hotkeys makes a different. Or even try to reset Aurora settings (you can hold down SHIFT when launching aurora giving you the option to try with blank settings first)
