Hi everyone, just wanted to see if there was any interest in a new platform request for this, as the game will be released on Xbox Game Pass on 20Jan2023, a week from the time of this post.

Going to stick a Request New Platform in, just in case, but wanted to see if there was a reason this isn't already on the requests page (perhaps too significant a game to support a constantly updated trainer etc.)

Yup I am interested I will be downloading the game on game pass next week

here are the steps to request a new platform for the game
To submit a request for a new distribution platform, please use our trainer requests system. Once at least 5 people request the same distribution, it will be available for funding. Please do NOT use the trainer option request system to request new platforms as they will be denied. Premium members at any level may request a new distribution as long as it’s done through the normal request system.

I put in for a new platform but my 100 credits was refunded and I don't see Game pass version on either the request page or the queue page. Does this mean there won't be a game pass version?

The post you quoted already gives you the answer: "Once at least 5 people request the same distribution, it will be available for funding"

Ok if that's the answer fine, great, but maybe you can see why that answer would not be obvious to a person.

Step 1: Pay 100 credits and request trainer.

Step 2: Receive a refund of credits along with a message "We are sorry this request could not be filled. Your credits have been refunded to you." Not a message saying 'At this time', not 'Until more requests are made' just it cannot be filled.

Step 3: Wait for 4 more people to make the same request and get the same message.

Step 4: Understand how the system works and don't think that a trainer just can't/won't be made and randomly check the request page. (Which if you did it properly you already had before requesting the trainer in the first place and it wasn't there.)

Step 5: (Assuming it does get 5 people and you do check the request page) Reapply your credits, 100 or otherwise, to the game.

This is a very confusing way of doing it if a person is not familiar with the inner workings of the system. Why not at least a message in the automatic reply explaining that it requires at least 4 more people and to check the request page in the future? I think it would help avoid confusion.

I am not aware of the messages you receive. From what you say I agree this could definitely be approved. I'll forward your suggestion.
