Can we not nuke the trainer, please?
One of the primary reasons I am a Tier 7 member is because I don't want to mess with CE or Cosmos or manually dig around through files for values and such.
I appreciate the ease of only having to hit F1 and toggle whatever options the trainer I am using has available.
Also, while it is possible to get trainers for larger games "elsewhere", only CH does trainers for the small, out of the way games that I really enjoy like this one. So, for me, the value in CH is for trainers for these mostly niche titles.
If people are really desperate for resources, activate free build, build something, and then scrap that building. All of those resources will go back in to your stockpile and be usable elsewhere. While this isn't true for base minerals like iron, it absolutely works for polymers, food, electronics, alloys, and other "finished" resources. The only thing this approach does not work for is cryopods.

Same, I hate fiddling around with the files and trying to do work arounds for things hence why I got my LT+ way back. But I understand if things are proving to be too much of a challenge or just a PITA that it is what it is.
We will keep the trainer and have removed the "useless" options. No additional work planned for this title.

For some reason when using fast research some techs get stuck on 100% and won't unlock buildings.
I researched batteries for instance, and they simply wouldn't unlock in the build menu despite me having a mission to research and build them.
UPDATE: Started over with a new game, this time making sure to save before each advancement.
Using fast research for EVA seemed to work fine, so in retrospect, it may have been the use of "Unlock all technologies" that caused the problem.
UPDATE 2: Experimenting further has revealed that trying to use "Fast Research" and clicking on an item you DO NOT have enough research points to unlock will result in the research being stuck at 100% for the foreseeable future.
Something to watch out for.
