Last night I went deep and thorough inside the game’s code on steam and figured that everything or some things like health is server sided therefore it cannot be modified from the client side also game doesn’t runs in offline mode.

Were you using the Steam or Epic version? Epic seems to work fine without an internet connection
Epic uses the 2k Launcher underneath if it helps.

I unplugged my network adapter and turned steam into offline mode and the game worked fine. You just get a start up message about 2k game services. I am bypassing the 2K launcher but the EPIC user isn't so I believe the game not running online with steam is user error
Well I really hope that this can happen. There is no multiplayer and I don't think there is even an online store so I am stumped why they would spend money on an anti-cheat system for this. I disabled the crappy Take 2 launcher on mine and it helped performance a bit too.
le sigh. 😕 game companies these days. smh. I wonder if this is because they intend to sneak in massive microtransactions in the future?
EDIT: Sorry, my bad. there ARE microtransactions, some currency called Eclipse that you can buy off Steam.

Obviously we will not attempt to train anything that has to be bought with real money. But surely there are plenty of other things that can help.
