What trainers have been retired? I probably haven't come across a trainer that wasn't available yet. I'm assuming like old games?

Go to the bottom and expand the list. They're retired due to being superseded by game updates/DLC, just too many updates/patches to stay on top of (games never in a stable phase), online/multiplayer issues, etc.

Someone ahead of me picked my first choice, but NOBODY ahead of me picked my 2nd choice...
Does that mean I'll definitely get my 2nd choice, or could one of the 'random game' recipients ahead of me get that one and I end up with random too?
If someone gets a random game before you its always possible. but we try our best.
If possible, could you please give priority to those who have stated their choices? After all, those who have selected random would not mind whatever is given to them.
