No it'll be on the "Cheat Happens Giveaway" forum, where you saw this thread. It'll be towards the bottom with a lock symbol on the giveaways. Currently there's been 2 giveaways, #1, #2.

Your account shows tier 7. you can toggle it on in your account settings: Link then Membership info.
